When the amp project started every single component of the unit was examined in detail and only the absolute best that was on offer was selected to be included in the product. The tube amps set the mood of the product and so we exposed them. This not only makes them easy to see  and replace when they are at their end of life, but also creates a poetic visual link showing their drain on the power consumtion when in use, everything else is minimised to enhance that glow.
